4. The period for retaining and using personal information

DAESANG Ingredient retains the personal information of its users for time during which the users use the service provided by the Company in order to provide its services.

However, information deleted or corrected by the member himself or herself in accordance with the procedures and methods described in “6. Matters concerning the management of personal information by the user himself/herself (access, change, deletion),”

or information belonging to a member who requests the cancellation of membership shall be permanently deleted from the disk in a way that prevents reproduction, access, or use in the future.

Furthermore, personal information provided for temporary purposes (e.g., surveys, events, identity verification) pursuant to "3. Particulars of personal information collected and the method of collection" shall be processed in a way so that reproduction is not possible once its purpose has been achieved.
